QuickTime iPhone Recording Corrupted BEFORE Export

Hello! Apologies if this has been mentioned before, but I can't seem to find the answer to my problem anywhere. I recorded my iPhone screen through QuickTime's recording function on a Mac, and didn't notice any problems until checking the footage after stopping the recording. It plays back fine for about 3/4 of the recording, but when it hits a certain point, the video will suddenly freeze, and the audio cuts out shortly after. In addition, it gives me an error when I try to export it, likely due to this corruption. I've tried to search the computer for the temporary files in hopes that I can somehow convert it through that, but no dice thus far.

I've managed to salvage the parts of the video that will still play by recording my screen and letting the footage play, but can do nothing about the corrupted section. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated (: Thank you!

QT X appears to store raw IOS device screen recordings to the same location as MacOS screen recordings and movie recordings—the current account users "Library > Containers > com.apple.QuickTimePlayerX > Data > Library > Autosave Information" folder within the "Unsaved QuickTime Player Document.qtpxcomposition" container.

If parts of the file are truly corrupted it is unlikely that will be able to recover any data in the corrupted segments. On the other hand, if the temporary file is saved as transport stream data and the file container itself is uncorrupted, then you may be able to move the "Movie Recording.mov" file out of the "Unsaved QuickTime Player Document.qtpxcomposition" container before closing the QT X Player app and then use any transport stream compatible editing app to "trim" away the file segments that contain the corrupted data.
