Saak_kazmi,

At the current time 16GB is the maximum a Macbook Pro will support. The RAM comes soldered to the motherboard, so there is no replacement/upgrade path.

Many of the Macbook Pro models just come with 16GB, however, depending on what you order, you should make sure it is configured with 16GB.

If you want more than 16GB, then consider an iMac, assuming you do not need the portability. You can put a lot more RAM into a current generation iMac, and it is still user upgradable from 3rd parties such as Crucial.com and MacSales.com

You could also consider dual-boot using Applications -> Utilities -> Boot Camp Assistant, then your Windows would get all 16GB
