Windows 10 Install - Error: 0xc000000f

I'm using a late 2016 MBP 13"

Running MacOS 10.12.2

I downloaded a 64 bit Windows 10 ISO file and installed it via Bootcamp Assistant. After partitioning and downloading the support software, I booted into windows and was met with this

Pressing Enter and F8 both do the same thing, which is nothing. It simply reloads this blue screen.
