Instagram problem

Hello, I just got a Apple Watch 2 series and I can't get the Instagram app to work. I am getting a network connection lost. I have uninstalled the app from my phone and watch and reinstalled it and still getting the same message. I don't know what's wrong, please help . Thanks

This assumes that you're close to your iPhone and the iPhone has a good internet connection, of course.


I don't want to keep pushing one solution if it doesn't work for you, but can you give it one more shot (in this order)?:

  1. uninstall from Apple Watch
  2. uninstall from iPhone
  3. restart both iPhone and Apple Watch
  4. reinstall on iPhone
  5. reinstall on Apple Watch
