My safari was working fine, until after I upgraded to Sierra.
It does not link, or open explicit url's.
I tried erasing recent history, and the url icon color disappeared.
I tried going through dominic23's (2015?) step by step diagnosis,
but it did not work. Nothing happened.
Is there a way to uninstall/install safari?

I am have troubles with stalled safari (not opening urls) and not linking
