browse option missing in apple music

I've noticed for a while that the browse option in my Apple Music app is missing. I thought that maybe it went with the update but my husband has it still on his phone. When I open the app it is initially still at the bottom but once the page loads it disappears. Why would it be doing this or is the browse not offered anymore? With that gone, I am unable to download songs which is the reason I am paying for the membership. Thanks,

Guess you found a solution to your reported issue by this time. Nevertheless, I just encountered this very issue on my brand new iPhone 7 Plus (replacement device) which has been updated to iOS 11.1


After trying to find the mysteriously missing ‘Browse’ option in Apple Music category on my iPhone, I uninstalled Apple Music and reinstalled it and voila - issue stands fixed and ‘Browse’ option resurfaced on Apple Music. Hope this helps...
