If your ISP supports SFTP (the ssh based ftp), then from the command line you can use things like

scp webpage.html username@ISP.address:/path/to/storage/dir/webpage.html

Or use

sftp username@ISP.address

You can use "man sftp" and "man scp" to get more information on these commands. And you will find lots of examples via Google searches

I use Fetch everyday on macOS Sierra —no issue to report.

Updates happen regularly, and in ten years I did have to pay once a $10.00 upgrade fee.

There was a recent update around Nov 22, 2016
