Are iPhones From Apple Store "Unlocked"?

I know I should have asked this before I placed my order, but are the iPhones (7 Plus)supplied directly by Apple Store unlocked and can take any sim card? Only I am currently with O2 but will be changing soon.

Many Thanks,,

Phil

If you mean the Apple online store, depends on which purchase option you chose. They are very specific - you either choose a carrier associated device or one that is SIM-free.
