My camera turn black screen and is lagging. Not only that my phone once shut down and unable to power on no matter what way I use to start it back.

It just stuck there and black screen until I keep close the background apps for several time then finally i can take picture. Another problem is once my phone shut down and unable to on it back no matter what way I use.

I understand that your camera only shows a black screen until you close out many background apps. I know it's nice to be able to take beautiful photos with your iPhone, so I'm happy to help.

You see a closed lens or black screen

If you see a closed lens or black screen when you open the Camera app, try these steps:

  1. Make sure that there’s nothing blocking the camera lens. If you’re using a case, try removing it.
  2. Force the app to close, then open the Camera app again.
  3. Restart your device, then open the Camera app again.
  4. If your device has a front and rear camera, try both cameras by tapping User uploaded file. If you see the closed lens or black screen on only one camera, take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Authorized Service Providerfor more help.
