Snapchat sound not working
I took a video of my boyefriend singing on snapchat and I'm trying to watch it and it has no sound my ringers on my volumes up and my microphones on somebody please help me fix this

Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are having an issue with the microphone when using Snapchat to take video. First, I would troubleshoot the microphone and make sure that is working correctly. If the microphone is working correctly, then troubleshoot the app to see if that is causing this issue.
