Tried downloading the bible onto my husbands IPhone 6 last like he asked me too and now it just shows iTunes with the connect cord pic. The phone won't ring, text or email. PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT

The image means that it's gone into recovery mode - you need to connect it, by its cable, to your computer's iTunes, that should let you reset the phone, and you can then restore/resync content to it

I tried to download the bible last night on my husbands phone through the app store. Now all that shows on his phone is itunes. won't ring, won't text, won't email. I'm hooked up on my desk top like the lady at Verizon said to do but still won't do
