App Nike+ Run Club doesn't show heart rate

I am using my new apple watch nike+ for running, only the watch, without iPhone. When I finnish, I can view my heart rate in the watch, but then, when I see it in the iPhone (app nike+ run club), I can't see it (the app doesn't show the information). Is there a problem or is normal?

Hmake sure you have allowed permission to the device (Watch) in NIke App? In the app click on your name in top left to get to settings. Then scroll down and make sure "heart rate" is on.

Then go to the Health App on your phone and click on "sources" tab in bottom. Click on the Nike app and allow access.

@fetofe

I think that I have FINALLY found the issue.

Open up the Apple Watch app on your iPhone.

Navigate to General setting and make sure that the "Workout Power Saving Mode" is NOT on.

If it is, then it does not reach you heart rate. This fixed it for me.

And @Jonathan UK, please stop posting standard Nike support links to people's questions. The links are useless and contain no real help. Also, you keep referring people to "advanced settings" in the NRC watch app ... there is no longer such a setting.

Hi

You may find it helpful to consult Nike's support resources and/or to contact Nike for assistance with using their Nike+ Run Club app:

You will only be able to see the heart rate data in the health app that comes on the phone. In the app you'll find your heart rate log under "vitals".

It will only track and log it every 10 minutes which is the default, even though you started the Nike workout app. If you want to see readings more often, you will have to start the workout app(green running guy that comes with the standard OS. It will increase your heart rate readings and log it multiple times a minute instead of every 10 minutes. You will have to start your Nike app and run the workout app simultaneously to get the most data.

This happened to me today and I disnt have power safe mode on.

Last month I was able to see heart rate and map (location tracking) without problem.

But not today.

During my run today, using just watch S3 non cellular, I was able to see the heart rate, and after the run a I see the map after the run on my watch.

When I came back home to iPhone, the activity app didn’t have the heart rate chart. And the NRC app didn’t have the map (tracking location) as usual.

In the past it was working fine for me. The heart rate was showing in the stadistics of my runs with my first uses. Then not sure in which moment it never happens again. I tried a lot of things and nothig works. Reslts, today it is not possible to obtain heart rate data from my apple watch to see in the Nike + Running app

An update was just released, today I believe. Have you updated? If not, you might want to do that. If you have, you might want to contact Nike to see if they know of any issues with the update.

Go to Nike Run Club website using a browser. If you see heart rate there and don't see it on your iphone app then you need to log out on the iphone then log back in and the heart rate and nikefuel metrics will populate. I think there's a bug with the NRC app because it display my heart rate against my pace in the detail view but not in the overview until I sign out and then back in! Have fun working out!
