Download photos from my Icloud to my PC

Hi,

I just want to know in simple terms how can I download all my photos from the icloud (over 1,000) to my windows PC.

iPhone 5s, iOS 10.2

Install iCloud for Windows, enable iCloud Photo Library and let iCloud sync your photos.
