why is there no bubble emoji?
I think there should be a bubble emoji.
What does that have to do with the iTunes Store (this forum)?
According to http://unicode.org/emoji/charts/full-emoji-list.html on line 1224 and thereabouts there is an Apple bubble emoji but since I never use emojis I don't know where it is located. You don't say where you are looking for it so it will be hard for anybody to help you.
