Apple does not view the questions on here nor do they reply to anything on here. This is a community forum for fellow users to attempt to help with situations that you may come across that maybe someone else has come across and figured out a quick fix for or know a way you can correct your issue. This question is something you should go to Apple's chat or call their Customer Service and have them look into it. Nobody on here has the ability to check on the status for you.
