Safari crashes, won't open

I can't get Safari to work as it keeps crashing. I haven't installed any plugins or extensions. I reinstalled macOS Sierra. Safari works when I login as a guest.

I removed my apple id from my mac (logged out from iTunes, AppStore and iCloud) and it started working.
