Mac App Store window menu completely grayed out on my ultimo2014-27“-5K-iMac (Sierra 10.12.2 reinstalled)

I cannot use the Mac App Store on my iMac anymore, even after having checked the hardware (restart with D-key activated) and after having reinstalled the macOS (German Sierra version 10.12.2) using the second option of the "Dienstprogramme" after rebooting from the Restore Partition (Restart with Cmd-R pressed). No such problems on my older MacBookPro Retina (same Sierra version running on the same network). What else can I do on my iMac? Please help. Thank you in advance.

Thank you very much for your answers to both of my mails ( [u1idb5-a4odx-ikmol] and [u1idb5-a4odx-ikmok] ) about my trouble (I had not understood the logic on this internet site well, for me, English is a foreign language).

I am sorry, but your tip does not work. I believe that it cannot be a systemic error of my network, because I can reach the Mac App Store on my MacBook Pro 15" Pro linked to the same ethernet network.

Whilst Safari runs very slowly, Firefox and Thunderbird work normally. Presumably, I will have to see my "computer doctor" (an authorised Apple reseller in Munich).

Nevertheless, thank you very much for your help.
