I need a refund

Hello my son accidentally pressed to buy some coins for an app (he's 4) when I tried to exit outta of the purchase before it could be completed it would not let me. The game is called toy Blast. I have contacted already and still no response. What can I do to dispute this crazy charge? Please I need advice. Thank you for your time
