Hi Bohica87. Are you using any other Bluetooth devices with intensive data flows? Or maybe 2.4 GHz WiFi? I wonder if you may be experiencing interference causing this. Bluetooth uses the same 2.4 GHz band as WiFi. Normally, this should not be a problem, but there are limits, like Apple TV on top of WiFi router. A wireless phone base station could also do this.

Hi Drewskeyz. The remote disconnects after a while (5 or 10 min?), presumably to save the battery. It reconnects when you go to use it. Because it has motion sensors, it may wake up if it is just bumped or moved. If your remote disconnects and reconnects more often, you might have interference from other Bluetooth devices, cordless phones, etc. See if moving possible sources away from Apple TV helps.
