Why did Apple cancel my repair request? I pre-paid the estimate quoted by the Apple customer service rep who took all my information and placed the repair order. (I saw the pending charge on my credit card.) Apple confirmed the repair order by email with a repair order number. I spent 30 minutes on the phone giving customer service all the information requested. So why did the Apple rep write a repair order, assign a repair number, quote the cost of pre-payment for service (send an email link to pre-pay, which I used), confirm everything - the repair order and pre-paymeny - by email, and then cancel via email two days later without providing a reason? I am confused!
