What are business days for Apple?

I left my Apple Watch with Apple on Sunday and they said 3-5 business days to get it fixed and it will be shipped out... which do would count as business days?

Business days are weekdays excluding public holidays.

M-F are business days. Weekends are excluded. 3-5 business days is an estimate, not a guarantee.
