By preventative action one can slow or stop the appearance of dents, blights

or minor indications of impact in the metal body of a MacBook. This can also

be assisted by acquiring a 'protective shell case' that allows the portable to be

used when opened. These accessory cases can be removed for service; but

should not be confused with some other case that may protect from moisture.

Other than hiring tiny 'body & fender sheetmetal mechanics' from another planet

to be on-call and go inside a metal bodied portable computer to repair it -- there

is no method to quickly repair small dents that may appear due to handling or

through accidental bumps.

If you use a backpack to carry such a device, be sure nothing else shares the

space the computer is transported in, or these items can damage the body.

A padded sleeve or zippered neoprene cover is OK, except it is soft; & won't

protect from abrupt impact. ~ A hard-shell is better, but also needs protection.

And the protective shell should have vents so the MacBook does not overheat.

I was given an aluminum PowerBook G4 12-inch model that has many dents.

This design pre-dates 'unibody' fabrication methods of metal portable Macs.

Even when new, to repair any metal bodied model was costly in its day.

The newer model MacBooks with Unibody design were made from single piece

machined metal, so it may be a major chore to take-apart & see if the metal

may (or not) be flexed back into position. ~ These are not 'sheet' aluminum...

So to expect the metal to easily flex, would be a mistaken idea.

Prevention is the best way to keep an all-metal unibody computer looking nice.

Other methods may be attempted after damages are done; not inexpensively.

In any event...

Good luck & happy trails! 🙂
