Home Stuck on Loading Accessories and Scenes

As the title says, I am stuck in this endless loop as so many before me have been. I have tried everything from signing out to signing back in, to clearing the entire phone and restarting with no luck. If I sign on as the master user, I have no issues at all but if I sign is as one of my family members (wife), I have the issue. I have got it working on another family member (son) with no problem. What I have also noticed is that when I invite this member, the invite does not show up on the phone any longer as it originally did. Does anyone have any ideas where to start anew?
