Touch Bar Safari Icons

Hi there,

Recently purchased a 13-inch MacBook Pro with Touch Bar and Touch ID. I have noticed that today, my icons have gone from full-color icons (that look like apps) to just gray blocks with the website icon in them. I attached a picture of what I mean for reference. I tried restarting my computer, as well as quitting and restarting Safari to no avail. Is anyone else having this problem or knows how to get around this?
