Error 4013
I am trying to restore my husband's old iPhone for my son to use, but it keeps giving me an error code of 4013 or other similar ones. iTunes is up to date. I have tried using my Mac and daughter's PC. Neither have worked. Any ideas?
If you have tried all the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the linked article from above with no different result, the problem seem to be hardware related and the phone has to be checked by Apple:
