Most of the FPS games by default uses right mouse button to aim and left mouse button to shoot. with magic mouse we can either left click or right click but not both at a time. I believe that this feature can be augmented through a firmware update to the magic mouse or a driver update. I am desperate about this.

Double tap with two fingers on Magic Mouse launches mission control, so its capable of left and right click at a time (right click with middle finger and a tap with index finger) . so I think all we need is a driver update, after all its a magic Mouse.
Do you have a wired mouse, maybe left over from previous Apple Macs. Unlike the limitations governing the new Magic Mouse 2, the old wired mouse will work fine with all previous OS's as well as El Capitan. If you don't have one, some Apple Authorised Re-sellers may have one. Apple have withdrawn all previous mice from sale. If you buy from Amazon make sure it is an unopened original box; I wouldn't buy from e-Bay.
While built-in functions like a shortcut to Mission Control might make the Magic Mouse seem magic, I stand by my original answer.
