Carplay podcast app keeps closing

Hi

I use the Podcasts app in Carplay mode regularly when driving.

However, recently the Podcasts app will close and the audio will cease and return to the home screen. I then have to re-open the Podcasts app (on the car touch screen interface) and resume the podcast again. Sometimes this happens 3-4 times during a 30 minute commute.

Does anyone know what is causing this and how to fix it?
