In that case, I suggest that you contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available), make a Genius Bar reservation or visit an Apple Authorised Service Provider to arrange for your watch to be inspected and, if service is recommended, to establish your available service options, likely timescales and any cost (whether under warranty or via chargeable, out-of-warranty service):

Hi
You are likely referring to an intentional visual effect that is designed to echo the content of the underlying screen. This is not screen burn in.
The transparency effect appears when viewing certain screens that sit over the top of others, such as Notification Centre (which is opened by swiping down when viewing the watch face screen).
The feature does not precisely mirror the content of the underlying screen. Instead, it adds a transparency effect that includes blurring / ghosting.
If you would prefer to disable this feature:
On your iPhone in the Watch app, go to: My Watch > General > Accessibility - turn on / enable the setting for Reduce Transparency.
