After reviewing your post, it appears you're facing a few issues with your iPhone 6s on iOS 10.2. WhatsApp and Hike aren't notifying you that you have a message. Assistive touch stops working but starts again after locking and unlocking your phone. And, the battery life of your iPhone 6s isn't lasting as long as you expect.
