Facetime not working in Ipad Mini

Face time is not working in my IPAD Mini. (A5 chip)

My IOS version is 9.2 or so

It was working earlier.

Device is connected to WIFI and logged with Apple ID

IOS version is up to date.

iPad Mini, iOS 9.3.2

Hi,

I had a similar problem once. It was because I didn't have the latest version of iOS. It might be worth updating to the latest piece of iOS Software.
