Hello dear...I downloaded ITunes.to my laptop and then setup for it and connect my new I phone to the laptop but the ITunes didn't work ....
So pls what should I do to check again from my I phone it's now fake ...another way or what I shall do pls help me coz I bought 3 telephones (one 7 ) and the 2others are 7+ black one & golden one
All the serial number check does is show that the serial numbers match actual iPhones.
What OS are you running on your computer and what version of iTunes?
iOS 10 devices require iTunes 12.5.1 or higher, which requires Windows 7 or higher or OS X 10.9.5 or higher.
It looks like you're running Windows Vista, which is not compatible.
If iTunes recognizes them when you plug them into your computer, then they are not "fake".
but I want to know why the Itunes doesn't work on laptop
How can check from my I phone it's not fake
