Warranty not cover in my location

not sure if any of bumped into such case , in May 21st I bought an iphone device to my daughter at apple store in Las Vegas , because we live in Isreal, I’ve asked 10 times if the warranty is valid in our location , the seller said that definitely is covered (quote : “no issue at all, apple provide support worldwide, when you buy at official apple store you have nothing to worry”) and even showed me the Vendor’s list that provide the support in Israel and convinced me to extend the warranty and the coverage by 2 years and so I did.


I was shocked when I needed a repair service and tried to contact the vendor here in Israel (Idigital/DCS) when they replied to me that that device is not covered in Israel !!!!


apple has no way of contact , i've tried to contact the shop where i bought it.


if any of you can advise on such issue or if there is a way to complain to Apple for solution - i could not find any way to contact apple (only via phone or online form that lead to nothing to support such issue)
