Hi everybody,
I have an OS X El Capitan 10.11.6 and I want to upgrade to OS X El Capitan 10.12.1 (so that I'll be able to upgrade to mac sierra).
Can you explain me how to do it? (I'm pretty new with all this mac thing altogether... 😟)
also, is it good to upgrade to mac sierra or it has a lot of bugs?

You can upgrade your 10.11.6 (El Capitan) directly to Sierra (10.12.2) by going to the AppStore and downloading it. It is always best to upgrade unless you have Applications that will not run in Sierra. Your standard Apple apps should run fine. You can check others here:

You seem to have downloaded an update, not the upgrade.

I downloaded it but it failed to update, it says that ox version 10.12 is needed.
I don't know where can I update it, couldn't fint it in the appstore...
Not sure what you mean by you downloaded it but couldn't find it in the App Store.
You can delete the download you showed.
If you click on either area I pointed to on the first page of the App Store it will take you to this screen.
Seirra is 10.12. The current version is 10.12.2. You download it from the App Store and no, it doesn't have "a lot of bugs" lol
You may have to update any third party software you have installed.

what do you mean by 'third party software' ?
Third party apps are those that are not Apple apps.
Don't know where you found that but it's not the Sierra installer. You have to get it from the App Store.

por eso casi no me gustan las mac son demaciadas complicadas con todo con las app ,,,,,,, con todo deberian arreglar eso dejar tener la vercion nueva sin nesesida de instalar el sierra
