Preview PDF's not displaying

Since the latest update on MacBook pro, my Preview is displaying PDF's all crazy. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

MacBook Pro with Retina display, iOS 10.2

Are you using aggressive anti-Virus software?

Does the behavior change in Safe Mode?
