What is it you don't understand? Your order was canceled because you gave an address Apple won't ship to. You are not going to be charged. However, you may see an authorization, sometimes called a "hold" on your card for the amount of the phone. It will be removed in a relatively short period of time. How long that time is depends on your bank. You can call your bank and ask them.

It sounds as if you were trying to buy an iPhone and have it shipped to a different country. That's really not a great idea. You may think you're saving money, and you may be upfront. However, the warranty on the phone is only valid in the country it was intended for sale in. If you have problems later on, it could get very expensive.

There are official resellers of iPhones in Saudi Arabia that Apple has contracts with. It is there policy not to sell between various international zones. And as you were previously told if you have a warranty issue with your iPhone you will have to come to the US for service on that phone.

It is very logical.

There are official resellers in my area and they can't shipping any Stuff to my addres. Because of that I prefer to pay from Apple direct and Aramex they can send my stuff to my house very fast.

About warranty I don't care. If anything happens I know how to fix it or I can pay another one. Also I am using iPhone since iPhone 3, it's never happened any problems with me.
