iMovie failed to export - 'video rendering error 60'

I've been trying to export a movie for the past week. Ideally, I'd like to put it up on Facebook/Youtube, but I'm having enough troubles just trying to save it to my desktop. It seems to be failing near the same point every time, but all of the troubleshooting strategies I've used have failed. Here's what I've tried:

- Copied all the clips into a new project and re-exported

- Trimmed and exported small selections of the movie (worked for parts of the movie)

- Deleted clips one by one and attempted to export

- Saved to different directories

- Saved to a flash drive

- Decreased the resolution of clips

- Deleted audio, added audio back in

- Yelled at my computer

- Deleted clips, added clips back in

- Shut down, hard reboot

- Deleted clips taken from GoPro

- Deleted scrolling credits

- Wrote nasty things in the comments every time the error 60 popped up

I don't understand exactly what 'video rendering error 60' means, but an earlier poster seemed to think it had something to do with damaged clips. If you have any other solutions that might help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Sincerely, a disgruntled movie maker

So far, the only "quick-fix" I've found is to separate the project into small pieces and export them as QuickTime files. Then, there's a way to stitch together the QuickTime files ("Add Clip to End...") after they're on the desktop. It's not perfect (the audio doesn't align perfectly at the seams), but at least I can keep a saved copy of the project on my desktop. It would still be nice to export directly from iMovie though, so if you might have a solution I'd love to hear it. Thanks.
