Is there a way to see when a gift card was redeemed, and by whom?
Tanner, The method of payment does not show in the summary list, but you can see it by clicking on an individual item. Note "Store Credit" in the example below:
We have the purchase history but don't see method of payment? We are trying to see how gift card was used, as it shows zero balance and we don't recall using the card.
No, they only history is an account's purchase history (which also shows how items were paid for), not a history of gift card redemptions
If you select a purchase in Account > View My Account on your computer's iTunes it should show how it was paid for e.g. I only use gift cards so I see 'Store Credit' on mine
