One Airpod won't connect

I have both my earphones in the charging pod and and hold the button to sync as the screen isn't popping up on my iPhone anymore once opening, after pressing the button it pops up and say connect, I connect them put them in and the right isn't connected, on screen the R next to the right Airpod has a ! next to it in red so (R)! The green light dims and relights as I take the right out of the charging pod so is detecting it entering and leaving. Try to connect it on PC too which usually works and still nothing, any help?

Message was edited by: Oreo-Boy Okay after much fiddling took it out a couple of times and put it back it pressing the sync button they were both connected, not sure if just one crashed and refused any connection for a while maybe, not sure but working okay now!
