Accounts login issue / crash mail app - iOS 10.2

I have a strange issue on my iPhone 6 with IOS 10.2. Yesterday morning when I unlocked the phone all my accounts (yahoo, hotmail, iCloud) are logged out.

I received a couple of times a notification poup-up to log-in on the iPhone, but it didn't happen by entering the correct password to login.

After turning on and off the iPhone, by going to "Settings> Mail> Add account" is missing the menu with the quick addition of the various accounts (eg: Gmail, Exchange, Hotmail, iCloud).

Does anyone else have the same problem?

I tried to restore the device but the problem persists after I restore with the backup.

I have already contacted the Apple Chat Support.
