How do I flip the screen watching a movie?

I've been turning my phone while trying to watch downloaded movies but the screen won't flip to the desired direction(yes orientation is unlocked from control panel) and it's been happening since today. It only happens with iTunes movies.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand from your post that your iPhone is not switching to landscape when you are watching a movie purchased from iTunes. Checking that the Portrait Orientation Lock is off is a good first step. Next, if you have an iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s Plus, or iPhone 7 Plus, you will want to turn off Display Zoom in order to rotate the Home screen.
