photo roll constantly refreshes
Photo roll on my iPhone is constantly refreshing and then starts back at zero and reloads again. Never did the before till the other day.
Is iCloud sync'big messed up or is something going on my iPhone?
I started having this problem last month. After I deleted 800+ photos from my camera roll everything disappeared. Then it slowly started to load them all again. I had about 16k photos and 300 short videos on my phone. It did the continuous reload until I freed up enough space (at least 1 GB of free space available) on my phone by deleting unused apps. Then this past Sunday other apps started to act glitchy and my photos won't load. One of my biggest concerns is the 1 second everyday app that I have been using all last year won't let me finalize my yearlong video and I think it's all related to the photo issue that I'm having. So Sunday I turned off my phone and then I couldn't get it to restart until I upgraded to the iOS 10.2 using my iTunes on my computer. The phone was stuck with only the apple icon and wouldn't finish the restart. Now it is operational but has problems with messaging and the photos are not appearing at all. I'm not sure what else I can do at this point.
