Mac Mini early 2006 original software disks

I bought a Mac Mini early 2006 dual core processor MA206LL/A (1.66 GHz) and I will be installing a new Hard Drive and more Memory, I would like to restore it to original software status I believe it was OS X 10.4.5, with Bundled Software iLife ’06 (includes iTunes, iPhoto, iMovie HD, iDVD, iWeb, GarageBand), Microsoft Office 2004 for Mac Test Drive, iWork (30-day trial), Quicken 2006 for Macintosh, Big Bang Board Games, Comic Life, Omni Outliner, and Apple Hardware Test. Is there a place I purchase the disks for a reasonable price? found on eBay for over $100, ridiculous. So I am asking the community for help.

Mac mini, Intel Core Duo, 1.66 GHz,

The buy it now is actually cheaper than when the bidding starts they tend to go above $100 as I have been watching several of them so I bought one for $50. but of course it has very little ram and teeny weenie Hard Drive. That is why I am upgrading both it will be cheaper that way (already have ram and hd to put in). So all I need it the OS. My current equipment runs at OSX 10.5 and up and want the 10.4 package. I do thank you anyway for the thoughts.
