Using Keychain to find a password

I've tried to rescue a password using Keychain Access, but it's confused. If I click in Passwords in the left column, appears many options in the right, but it's not very clear. How do I find a specific password, let's say, my iTunes Store password, or my Gmail email password? There is several options and it's confuse.

Mac mini, OS X El Capitan (10.11.5), 16 GB RAM

I just open Keychain, do a command-F (find) search for the relevant password (i.e. the name of my WiFi network), it comes up with a short list of related passwords, and I double click on the entry in the right pane. See if this works for you.
