What is this part, for an Ipad Air?

Hi all,

could somebody please help me out. My Ipad Air broke, i had to disassemble it, and although I followed good guidance on the net, things went wrong when I was putting it together again.

This is the part that I just can't figure out where it's supposed to fit in, and I can't find it in any of the guides either (Fixit, YouTube etc):
User uploaded file

On the net, it is listed as several different things, but that's on eBay and such. A more credible source of information labels it as an "Interconnect PCB" here:

The print on the back says "821-1901-A" and "C 4313".

Any help would be much appreciated.

kb1951, I would say an iPad is semi user serviceable - that is, it is tricky business for sure, but it is still possible to do small jobs. I rather do those myself, voiding possible warranties, instead of paying the outrageous service fees for some of the minor repairs. I've done that with all my Apple stuff, successfully - until now. Generally the problems have a tendency to surface just after the warranty expires, anyway, at least in my experience.

There are many in my situation, who appreciate the quality of the products Apple make, but dislike a lot regarding the policy of the company.

I got an instant reply from an unofficial Ipad forum, very helpful, it solved this dilemma. The part belongs to the cellular setup, thus the lack of information in the guides I used (they were wifi only.)
