Can't find all of my apps on iTunes

I'm trying to look at the dates of when I first downloaded apps to my iPhone 5c on my iTunes for Windows app. When I look at the apps downloaded onto my phone, the list of apps on the left does not show the same apps on the phone screenshots. The list of apps shows my apps from 2015, yet I have downloaded apps from 2016 and they are not showing up. Is there a way to fix this? I'm using iTunes 12.5.4.42 for Windows 10 on Lenovo IdeaPad Flex 15D.
