What Bank MSB in Piano Roll Editor is for and how can I get rid of it?

Hello members,

I am using a Note velocity, Program Chabgeand, Soft Pedal in a MIDI Draw and used to go to one another for editing. Two days ago something had happened.

When I click the arrow to open, it stacks to Bank MSB and I must go to Other... select number 67 for Soft Pedal after which only I can edit it.

What Bank MSB in Piano Roll Editor is for and how can I get rid of it?
