unable to receive FaceTime

I can make a facetime call on my Mac Book Pro but can not receive any facetime calls.

I have reset all setting on iPhone and MBP and still does not work.

I have checked date and time, same network connection.

Any help with this issue would be appreciated

Hi aussie3032,

I understand you are not able to receive FaceTime calls on your MacBook Pro. I also see you have gone through some troubleshooting steps already with the issue persisting. There are just a couple more troubleshooting steps that I could recommend in the article below.

FaceTime for Mac: Troubleshooting FaceTime

If the issue persists, I would need a little more information to further assist you. Does this also happen on your iPhone when connected to the same Wi-Fi network? Does this happen with multiple people or just one FaceTime contact? Are you able to test FaceTime calls on another Wi-Fi network?

Thanks in advance for this information.

Cheers.
