Apple Watch Hermes Band peeling

I bought the Apple Watch Hermes (Stainless Steel Case with Fauve Barenia Leather Double Tour) and use it around 2 months. But Now, my apple watch band is peeling. So, I would like to ask 3 question.

1. What is apple watch Hermes Band coverage warranty ? And Will Apple warranty support this problem ?

2. How can I protect my Fauve Barenia Leather Double Tour band from this problem ?

3. How can I cleans or fixes my Fauve Barenia Leather Double Tour band that was peeled ?

I have a similar issue. Took it to my local Hermes store in Singapore (after calling Apple) and was told it would have to be sent off to Paris for repair and would take 6-8 months. Would welcome other suggestions. Thanks!

Hermès advises that any warranty claim concerning an Apple Watch Hermès band should be addressed to the Hermès store where the watch / band were purchased or to any Hermès store:

I suggest that you contact Hermès or Apple Support to establish your warranty coverage and available service options and for guidance about band care:
