Keyboard shows up during calls
iOS 10.2. On my iPhone 7 My keyboard keeps coming up during both cell and FaceTime calls. This has recently happened. When this happens it will not let me hang up. Can anyone help?
You have to restart the device.This means on a iPhone 6s or below hold the power button and the home button at the same time until the phone goes black,the apple logo will then appear and the phone turns back on.on the iPhone 7 or up hold the power button and the lower volume button.After the phone turns on the keyboard should not show.The same thing happend to me and this fixed it!!
