MACBOOK PRO 13" with Touch Bar ( Display Issues )

I just gotten my latest macbook pro on last December 2016 and open it on New Year 2017, after 3 days using it, the display on top of the screen start glitching and have a horizontal line, What to do? The retail store want it to repair at service centre and doesn't want to change the new one for me.

Apple since when your product quality become like this? I deserve the new one not a service centre for a NEW PRODUCT!

Hi,

Apple won't do a replacement for you if you purchased it from someone else, so you're stuck with getting it repaired unless you can talk the store into refunding your money or exchanging it for a new one.

If it's an Apple Store (is it?), you have 14 days from the date you purchased it to bring it back for any reason (unless you physically damaged it).

Every type of product has some that are bad right from the factory, so Apple is not perfect either, however, there does seem to be more issues with the Late 2016 Touch Bar models.

Let's hope you get your situation resolved to your satisfaction. 🙂
